Fiachra Ó Comhraí
Fiachra is Player 1 (CEO) of Gordon Games [gordongames.com], a company making people happier at work through software game techniques. The company uses gamification to bond people together, make progress clearer and make good work addictive. He was EMEA Vice President of salesforce.com where he worked for ten years. He saw cloud computing go from esotericism to the centre of the software industry. He believes that game thinking will transform software as comprehensively; if anything, the change will be greater because it taps into something deeper, human motivation.
